When I applied, all I had to do wasApr 22 2004Political Science
When I applied, all I had to do was send in the SUNY-wide application and my transcript, but now there's a supplemental application with an essay and letters of recommendation. There's also an honors college, which has a separate application of its own.

It's a fairly competitive school but at times it seems like a lot of people here don't belong in college. Having said that, I think the average SAT score is in the mid-1100's. I'm not sure what the average GPA is, but it's around a solid B+ if I'm not mistaken. Over here, you get a lot of people who had Stony as their first-choice school, just as many applied to it as a "safety" school but ended up here for one reason or another.

Anyone can probably much get into this universityApr 21 2004Business - Management and Administration
Anyone can probably much get into this university. It requires average academics, and not really into screening people. I would recommend other students to try their best to find another college. I thought this school was great too when I first came, but this university is the perfect example for the saying: "Looks can be deceiving."

I just appliedApr 10 2003Biology
I just applied. I don't think it's that hard to get in, which is one reason why it is so diverse. My fellow classmates range from people who will one day make amazing scientific advances, to those who belong in jail.
